Owner and Founder Marc Arnett of Sunset Builders & Maintenance has a vast amount of construction experience, both commercial and residential, including managing large-scale commercial and multi-family construction projects throughout the State of Florida.
Marc is a Certified General Contractor with over 30 years of experience in the construction/building industry, a graduate of the University of Kentucky and a veteran of the U.S. Army and the Kentucky Army National Guard.
Some of Marc’s previous work includes shopping plazas with restaurants, retail tenant build-outs, post-hurricane remediation work, and new construction for national chains such as Walmart, Circuit City, Walgreens, and Bonefish Grill.
Based on Sanibel Island, Florida, Marc and Sunset Builders & Maintenance prides itself on integrity and quality craftsmanship.
