Looking back at the entire process from RFP, design review, contracting, and construction I cannot find one area that Slaten did not exceed our expectations. Their proposal was on time, clear, all our questions were answered during the review, and constructive suggestions were respectfully made by the Slaten team. Our work was done on time, on budget, and the minimal punch list items were quickly and correctly completed without us having to chase Slaten down. The project manager kept us informed and updated us every step of the way and when change orders were made it was met with a positive attitude with options offered and work completed to our satisfaction.
